OHA BEND CHAPTER

Projects

Throughout the year our chapter spearheads quite a few high impact environmental & habitat projects.

We work closely with state and federal agencies and other like minded organizations to muster the necessary financial resources and boots on the ground to complete high priority projects which otherwise would take years, or perhaps never get done!

Please join us in helping protect Oregon’s legendary wildlife, habitat and hunting heritage!

Open to the Public so spread the word amongst family & friends too!

ALL HANDS-ALL BRANDS FOR PUBLIC LANDS

June 13-19, 2022
How do you define SUCCESS for the 4th year in a row?
Start with 62 Volunteers representing 10 different NGO’s and several state and national agencies. Then have them dedicate over 600 hours (work & travel) to inspect/repair 10 guzzlers and install over 2 miles of fence to protect/restore sensitive habitat in the Ochoco Mountains.
When all was done their efforts saved our government agencies almost $14,000 while completing vital environmental work to benefit Oregon’s wildlife for all to enjoy. This was work which would otherwise take government agencies years, if ever to complete!
