ROSEBURG, Ore. – State police made a public appeal for help identifying the person or persons responsible for shooting a fork-horn buck and leaving the animal to waste last week.
Oregon State police said the deer was shot the night of October 5 from Panther Creek Road, a spur road off West Fork Cow Creek Road.
