SALEM, Ore. – The Oregon State Police Fish Wildlife Division said Tuesday it is asking for the publics help to identify the person(s)responsible for shooting and wasting a 4×5 bull elkin the Ochoco Unit southeast of Mitchell in Wheeler County.
