Wildlife official emotionally defends cougar strategy: We have to ensure human safety

ZIGZAG, Ore. A spokesman for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife defended the agencys strategy of killing a cougar believed to be responsible for the death of a Gresham woman.
