For the first time in Oregon history, a person has been attacked and killed by a cougar.
Clackamas County Sheriffs Office deputies found the body of 55-year-old Gresham resident Diana Bober Monday, Sept. 10, off of the Hunchback Trail in the Mount Hood National Forest. She was dead from injuries consistent with cougar attacks, the Oregon Medical Examiners Office was able to determine.
