Duck, goose hunting looks good across Oregon

Ducks continue to do well and while they aren’t quite as numerous as the past two years, the fall flight forecast remains well above the long-term average.

Canada and the Pacific Northwest were wetter this spring than last, with good duck production.

Mallard and wigeon numbers are down somewhat, but teal, gadwall and shoveler are up.
