The Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission met Friday in Astoria and finalized rules for 2018 salmon and halibut seasons and 2018-19 waterfowl and upland bird seasons. Salmon anglers will see improved fishing along the central and south Oregon Coasts and halibut anglers will find a 10 percent reduction in poundage quotas.
