Deer found illegally shot with arrow in Eugene

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Authorities are looking for the person responsible for illegally shooting a deer with an arrow in Eugene.

Oregon State Police said the buck was found in west Eugene, near Churchill High School. It had an arrow in its mid-section.

Police said this is the second time something like this has happened in the area, so they believe its related.
