Morgan Olson of Cove has been recognized by the Oregon Hunters Association for his outstanding dedication to wildlife as the Union-Wallowa Chapter President and is this year’s statewide Wildlife Member of the Year.
The Union-Wallowa Chapter has made a huge comeback from inactivity to being one of the most active and successful chapters, thus earning it the Chapter of the Year Award.
